Sacraments and Services

The Book of Common Prayer is used during all services. It tells us that “sacraments are outward and visible signs of inward and spiritual grace, given by Christ as sure and certain means by which we receive that grace.” The two Gospel or “great Sacraments,” given by Jesus to the Church, are Baptism and Eucharist.

Music

St. Christopher’s offers a wide variety of opportunities for participation in its music ministry.  Contact Music Director Nada Radakovich for more information.

Liturgical Ministry

Every service requires team leadership with the priest, other clergy, and members of the laity serving as Acolytes, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Altar Guild members, Ushers, Greeters, Choir and other musicians.  At St. Christopher’s is not a “one-person-show” as the word “liturgy” means the work of the people all taking their part in praising God in word, song and action.  We are always looking for people who are interesting in giving a little of themselves in faithful liturgical leadership.  Please contact the Rector or any member of the worship team for further information:
